How to use: Apply a scoop of Perfect Kiss onto clean, dry lips and massage in circular motions. Wipe clean and repeat two-three times a week for softer, gorgeous lips! Rub the finished product on lips to gently exfoliate and slough off dead skin. The Sugar provides grittiness for exfoliation and the coconut oil adds in some moisture.
